Mr. Frem was President of the Association of Lebanese Industrialists (ALI) from 2010 to 2014.

He launched "Loubnan El Afdal - Better Lebanon" in 2013, a national initiative with political, economic and social dimensions and a clear roadmap for a renewal in the Lebanese national contract.
