Fady is the General Manager of Sanita Persona and General Manager of the Jounieh International Festival. Prior to these leadership positions, he was an advisor to the Mayor of Jounieh and Sales Manager for Key in the Arab countries.

He is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the Sorbonne University in France; has two MBA in General Management & Economy from the Lebanese American University and the University of Paris 2; received a diploma in Economics from Saint Joseph University in Beirut.

He is a member of numerous organizations including Liban Message; LABORA; Scouts of Lebanon; Lions Club and PHELLIPOLIS. Mr. Fayad enjoys travel, all kind of sports and in particular swimming. He is married to Greta Habib, they have one child and live in Jounieh.
