Eddy Fares Khalaf is a lawyer and holds a bachelor's degree in Law from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik. He holds degrees from centers specialized in explaining the Lebanese, Saudi, and Egyptian laws, social security and insurance laws trainer in some of the Arab countries.

He graduated from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik and joined the Beirut Bar Association as an intern in 1993, he then became an Appellate Lawyer in 1997. He is a legal consultant for numerous multinational firms specializing in Labour, social security and insurance regulations in both Lebanon and some of the Arab Countries as well as commercial companies pertaining to Lebanon, Egypt and the KSA.

Mr. Khalaf is an author of a special template and licensing guide on personnel affairs that includes samples and contracts, with a detailed legal explanation, in accordance with thelabor and social insurance laws, in Lebanon, Egypt, KSA, Iraq and Jordan. As well as author of a special template and licensing guide on companies and factories establishment in Egypt, including a legal explanation for each format and license. Also, author of a special guide on organizations establishment in Lebanon, (including all the needed systems, reports and documents)

Attorney Khalafis an activist in the social, pastoral and political arena, and an active member in numerous charity organizations and their legal consultant. He is astrong believer in general liberties, human rights and civil rights protection, youth potential activation, equality and non-discrimination, and the sovereignty across the Lebanese territory and judiciary independence.He lives in New Sehaile in the Keserwan District of Lebanon, is married to Mireille Fad'ous and has two kids.
