Focused primarily on value-add acquisitions, begging in 2008 with the acquisition of 16 gas stations and has originated more than 100 acquisitions. 3rdgeneration real estate investor. Elias has worked with national brands notably Marriott with the W Hotel going to Cleveland 2026. His father brought him into the CRE business in 2003 and been active ever since.

Having held leadership positions in private real estate investment companies.Following is a short list of key accomplishments: 1.Real Estate Fund – Co-Founded a Real Estate Fund that acquired 1.5 MM SQ Feet of Class A office. 2.Bank AcquisitionParticipated with Kassouffamilywith the acquisition and merger of the 4thlargest Bank in Cyprus (€2 Billion Euro in Assets). 3.Mergers and Acquisitions – Acquired $200 million in acquisitions & investment, includes close to 80 gas stations across the country. 4.Major Office Conversion – Recently closed on a 210 million conversation Erieview Tower which includes 210 W hotel rooms and 227 W branded apartments. 5.Development – Large scale development scaling over 1.2 million sf primarily in the greater Cleveland market but includes developments in otherstates.
