Mr. Zahi Mimassi

Mr. Zahi Elias Mimassi is the Founder and Managing Director of Phoenix Consulting Middle East,a boutique management firm operating through ought the Middle East region with global partnerships with European and USA firms.Prior to that, he was a global partner and Executive Regional Director with Aon and the Area General Manager of Hay Group.


Mr. Mimassi graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at the Lebanese University with an honor degree in Political and Administrative Studies. He immigrated to Canada in 1992 where he pursued his studies at Glendon College ,York University in Toronto and graduated with an Honor degree in International Studies. His professional career and travel did not stop him from continuing his education at St. Joseph University in Beirut where he graduated with an Executive MBA degree in 2003 in partnership with Sorbonne University in France.


Mr. Mimassi moved back to Lebanon in 1998 to apply his knowledge and experience in his home country and from there to the whole MENA region when he moved to Dubai in 2004. Through the several executive roles he has hold with global firms in Dubai, Muscat and Beirut, he was able to support hundreds of businesses and senior executives throughout the last 20 years. He maintains political, economical and business knowledge that allow him advising major firms on their strategy, business models and operations in the MENA region;


Mr. Mimassi resides presently in Houston and has been active in many global conferences in USA, Europe and the Middle East representing the companies he worked for. He has developed impressive leadership, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills in Arabic, English and French.
