Do you know the joke why in Japan the electricity went off for one minute... it is in solidarity with Lebanon!
Do you know that some Lebanese people living in Beirut when they open the tap and find no water, they use mineral water for showering!
This fact was the reason behind choosing in LARP 3rd panel to focus on Water and Energy Crisis.
This Crisis will discuss with our two distinguished speakers Dr. Fadi Comair, the Director General of Water & Electricity Resources at Lebanese Ministry of Energy & Water; and Dr. Antoine Z. Sfeir an international lawyer and a Senior Attorney at Sfeir Law Firm.
Dr Comair will tackle in his presentation the three tenants of geopolitics in the Arab world: water, energy and food, and the need to Institutional Framework and Regional Cooperation.
